Crypto Pulse is an educational and informational service that provides general market analysis, research, and simulated / illustrative insights about cryptocurrency markets. It is a guide to the crypto markets only. Nothing we provide is final, guaranteed, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We are not financial advisers, broker-dealers, or a registered investment service, and nothing here constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency trading is highly volatile and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Any decision you make is your own, and you act entirely at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crypto Pulse website, Discord server, subscriptions, and related content (together, the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription, redeeming an access code, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use such a service where you live. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your country. The Service is not offered where it would be prohibited by law.

2. What the Service is (and is not)

The Service delivers automated market scanning, AI-generated analysis, research notes, and simulated / illustrative trade ideas, primarily through our Discord channels.
All ideas, scores, signals, entries, targets, and results are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not execute trades for you, hold your funds, or manage any account or portfolio on your behalf.
We do not guarantee accuracy, profitability, or any specific outcome. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.
Nothing in the Service is personalised advice; it does not consider your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

3. No financial advice

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, seek advice from a licensed professional before making any financial decision. Crypto Pulse, its owners, and its operators accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information provided.

4. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Monthly plan ($50 USD/month): a recurring subscription that automatically renews every month until cancelled. Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period, and your premium Discord role remains active while the subscription is paid.
Lifetime plan ($500 USD, one-time): a single payment granting ongoing premium access with no recurring charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
By subscribing to the Monthly plan you expressly authorise these recurring charges until you cancel.

5. Cancellation & role removal

You may cancel the Monthly plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the premium role is automatically removed.
If a renewal payment fails or is reversed, your premium role will be removed until payment is resolved.
Access is tied to a single Discord account via your unique access code. Codes are personal and must not be shared, resold, or transferred.

6. Refunds

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content and ongoing information, all payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.

7. Access codes & acceptable use

Your access code unlocks the premium role for the duration of your plan. Keep it private.
You agree not to abuse, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer any part of it.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or abusive behaviour in our community.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments) and Discord (community delivery). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of third-party providers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

The Service is provided on an evolving, "as is" and "as available" basis and may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
